Restoring Conflicts

It does not matter whether you are the offender or the offended. God expects you to make the first move. Restoring broken relationship is very important. However, the success of a peace conference often depends on choosing the right time and place to meet. Do not meet when either of you are tired or rushed or will be interrupted. The best time is when you both are at your best. Sometimes a place with video security cameras is advisable so both parties will conscious about the set-up and not result to steaming up in anger and arguments. Use your ears more than your mouth and focus on reconciliation.
