The Lord Awaits

Jesus Christ takes on multiple titles. To name a few, the Good Shepherd, Prince of Peace, the Healer, the Burden Bearer, the Wonder Worker. These names take a new meaning when they become true in your life. When He lightens your problems in life, our worship becomes more intimate as we call Him by these terms of endearment. The big and small miracles He does in my life that brings overwhelming joy. In retrospect, we tend to just buzz through when everything is doing well with us. But in times of dire need, sadness and lost, we seek Him for refuge with hearts full of grief. Makes us wonder if that is why He lets anguish come our way for that is the only time we search for Him?
